History and Mission: Mettert's WaterCare has been a family owned business since 1968. The company was founded by James Mettert and is currently owned and operated by his wife, Shirley Mettert, and two sons, Ronald and James Mettert.
The mission of Mettert's WaterCare is to provide professional service to its customers while retaining home-town values.

Mettert's WaterCare is dedicated to serving the people of Northeast Indiana. This map indicates the counties generally serviced by Mettert's WaterCare, including Steuben, Allen, DeKalb, Noble, and LaGrange counties.

About the Owners: Shirley, Ronald, and James Mettert are the co-owners of Mettert's WaterCare. In addition to being family owned, the business is also operated by these three members of the Mettert family.
Ronald Mettert: In charge of sales and service. Ronald is currently a member
of the board for the Indiana Water Quality Association.
James Mettert: James has received recognition from the WaterCare Corporation
for achieving and maintaining the status of Master Technician for more than 20
years. He is past president and a current board member of the Indiana Water
Quality Association and is also involved in sales and service.
Shirley Mettert: Shirley is the often referred to as the "face" of Mettert's WaterCare, since she provides all secretarial and accounting services for the business. It is her smiling face that greets all customers who enter the doors of Mettert's WaterCare.
